Chef Chris Monay developed a strong passion for cooking at a young age after watching his mother and relatives in the kitchen. Over his 25 year culinary journey through fine cuisine, genetics, and services Chef Monay has flourished into a phenomenal chef. Chef Monay received training in culinary excellence for over 5 years allowing him to master his craft as a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu.
Chef Monay's culinary training and well-rounded education has granted him opportunities to work in wide range culinary environments. As the industry and dining restrictions evolved, Chef Monay began incorporating these aspects into his cooking style -- Ultimately leading to his recruitment as a private chef for a wide variety of high-profile clients and families.

Today, he is the proud owner of “Fully Seasoned Catering” and specializes in making taste buds dance with his delicious selection of trendy fried foods.
